Clients must provide timely access to required platforms, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect deliverable timelines without liability to Boostiqe.
All creative assets produced by Boostiqe become the client’s property upon full payment. Strategy documents and proprietary processes remain the property of Boostiqe.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business information shared during the engagement, both during and after the contract period.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
